Welcome to my Recipe Blog "2 Forks & 9 Spoons"!
I am a recent Escoffier Culinary School graduate and current pastry chef student. I began my passion for cooking from when I was little girl was watching my aunt ad grandmothers cook in the kitchen. The culinary school commitment was defiantly challenging, but I was determined and with the help and support of my amazing husband, there was no stopping me. There were many long nights of assignments and recipe training and creating, as well as the online classes. The experience, and especially the school has taught me so much. The classes taught me so many things about the culinary world as well as myself. Growing up, I was never a straight A student and making the presidents list every semester is something I never anticipated. I am here to share with you and hopefully inspire you. When you love what you do, it’s not work, its passion!
