Jalapeño Popper Dip

Jalapeno popper dip is a creamy, spicy dip inspired by the popular appetizer. It combines cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapenos, and sometimes bacon, all baked until bubbly and golden. Served warm, it's perfect for dipping tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables, and is perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 chef's knife
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 baking dish
  • 1 serving dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos remove seeds for less heat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, parmesan cheese, and jalapenos. Mix until well blended.
  • Spread the mixture evenly and smoothly into a baking dish. 8 by 8 or 9 by 9 works well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, bacon, and green onion.
    Sprinkle evenly over the top of the dip.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This dish is best served with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
