- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½-1 cup whole milk (depending on desired thickness)
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 graham cracker squares, broken into pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon honey (optional, if berries are tart)
Add the blueberries, vanilla ice cream, softened cream cheese, graham crackers, vanilla extract, and ½ cup milk to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Add additional milk a little at a time until the milkshake reaches your preferred consistency.
Taste and add honey if your blueberries aren't very sweet.
