Sharp Chef’s Knife
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato, diced (optional if you like it chunkier)
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1-2 jalapeños (seeded for less heat, leave seeds for a kick)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2-3 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder if you prefer)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Mash the avocados in a medium bowl until creamy but still a little chunky.
Add the lime juice right away – this keeps the guacamole fresh and zesty.
Stir in onion, jalapeño, tomato, garlic, and cilantro. Mix gently so it stays chunky.
Season with salt and black pepper, taste, then adjust lime or salt as needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, or as a topping for just about anything.
