Honey Almond Cream Cheese

This honey almond cream cheese is a quick, creamy, lightly sweet spread with a hint of almond and crunch from toasted nuts. Perfect for bagels, toast, and brunch boards.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoon toasted chopped almonds * see recipe notes
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat everything (except almonds) until smooth and fluffy.
  • Fold in almonds.
  • Chill slightly before serving.

Notes

Stovetop Method for toasting almonds:
How to do it:
  1. Add almonds to a dry skillet (no oil)
  2. Heat over medium
  3. Stir constantly for 3–5 minutes
  4. Remove as soon as they turn golden
