Old Fashioned Baked Macaroni and Cheese

- 1 casserole dish
- 1 large spoon
- 1 cheese grater
- 1 colander
Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 6 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the macaroni until tender and drain.2. Mix in the butter and egg.3. Add the salt, pepper, dry mustard, cheese, and milk (set aside some cheese about a cup and a half for the topping.)4. Pour into a greased casserole dish and add the remaining cheese on top.5, Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
