Welcome to 2 Forks and 9 Spoons!
Hello! I’m the proud (and busy) mom of nine wonderful kids, and my life is a beautiful chaos of sports practices, school projects, and of course, making sure everyone gets a home-cooked meal. With a background in culinary and pastry school, I’ve turned my passion for food into a way to connect with my family—and keep everyone fed—without losing my mind!

My Culinary Experience
I am a recent Escoffier Culinary School graduate and current pastry chef student. I began my passion for cooking from when I was little girl was watching my aunt ad grandmothers cook in the kitchen. The culinary school commitment was defiantly challenging, but I was determined and with the help and support of my amazing husband, there was no stopping me.
There were many long nights of assignments and recipe training and creating, as well as the online classes. The experience, and especially the school has taught me so much. The classes taught me so many things about the culinary world as well as myself. Growing up, I was never a straight A student and making the presidents list every semester is something I never anticipated. I am here to share with you and hopefully inspire you. When you love what you do, it’s not work, its passion!
My Passions
- Cooking & Baking: In a family this big, quick and easy meals are essential! My culinary training helps me whip up tasty dishes that cater to everyone’s preferences, even when time is short. Efficiency and flavor? I’ve got them both covered.
- Collecting: I have a weakness for quirky kitchen gadgets and cookbooks. Each one brings a new spark of inspiration to my kitchen, turning everyday meals into mini adventures.
- Beach Vacations: When we’re not in the kitchen, you’ll find us enjoying some sandy, sun-soaked family time. Whether we’re building sandcastles or packing a picnic, beach days are our happy place.
