I love making this Easy Homemade Irish Soda Bread when we want fresh bread but don’t want to wait around for yeast to rise. It’s quick, simple, and honestly one of the easiest breads you can bake. My family loves tearing into a warm slice with butter melting into every little crumb.   • Toss raisins with 1 tablespoon flour and stir into the mixture.
