The Best Pumpkin Bundt Cake
This moist and delicious cake is perfect for fall. It has the perfect amount of spices and will quickly become your new favorite dessert.
Equipment
- 1 Large Bowl
- 1 Whisk
- 1 large spoon
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 13.25 oz yellow cake mix
- 1 3.4 oz butterscotch pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl or mixer, combine all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients.
- 2. Mix ingredients together for about 4 minutes.
- 3. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
- Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes
- Gently release to a wire to finish cooling. Enjoy!!
