The Perfect Crepes

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Melted butter
- 1.75 Cups Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 Cups Milk
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients into another bowl.
- Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a pan to medium heat and lightly butter the bottom of the pan.
- Pour about a ¼ cup batter into the pan and move around the pan so the batter is evenly distributed.
- Cook the batter for about a minute on one side and carefully flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
