The Best Baked Beans
These Baked beans are a classic and timeless comfort food dish made with a variety beans, mixed with a rich and savory sauce made with ketchup, mustard, onions, and bacon. The mixture is baked in the oven until the flavors meld together beautifully, creating a warm and hearty side dish.

- large pot
- casserole dish
- chef's knife
- cutting board

Ingredients
- ½ lb. chopped bacon
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 15.5 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15.5 oz can lima beans
- 1 15,5 oz can pork and beans
- 1 15.5 oz can butter beans
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 cup ketchup
Instructions
- fry the bacon and drain the fat. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside
- Brown the ground beef and add the onion.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients, pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Enjoy!!

This is a recipe that was given to me by my Grandmother. She made this for every family gathering and there were never any leftovers.
