Instructions:
Line a 9 × 13-inch tray with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Spread into a roughly 9 × 12-inch rectangle.

Melt orange and yellow candy melts separately according to package directions.
Drop small spoonfuls of orange and yellow coating over the white layer and drag a toothpick gently through the colors to create a candy corn-inspired marble pattern.

Scatter chopped candy corn and white chocolate chips or sprinkles over the top. Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky salt if desired.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm, then break into approximately 20 pieces.

⭐️ Becky's Top Tips:
Choose quality white chocolate. Since it's the main flavor, the difference is noticeable.
Don't over-swirl. A few passes with a toothpick create much prettier orange and yellow ribbons.
Add candy corn while the coating is wet. Otherwise, the pieces won't stick.
Keep it out of warm rooms. White chocolate and confectionery coatings can soften, especially in direct sunlight.

Storage and Make-Ahead Tips:
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks for best appearance and freshness. Keep parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
You can also freeze the bark in a well-sealed container for up to 2 months.
For the best gifting results, make it a day or two ahead and package close to the time you're giving it away.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I use gel food coloring instead of candy melts?
Regular water-based gel coloring can cause chocolate to seize. Use oil-based coloring formulated for chocolate or stick with colored candy melts.
Will the candy corn become hard in the refrigerator?
It will feel firmer when chilled. Let pieces sit briefly at room temperature before serving if you'd prefer a softer chew.
